Carly joined the MRVH team in late 2016 after making the switch from dog daycare & training. An avid & passionate animal lover across all spectrums; she finds her role here to be extremely rewarding. As someone who cares so deeply for her own pets she understands the need for compassion and will be sure to welcome you to the hospital with a smile. With a keen interest in animal behavior she enjoys practicing positive reinforcement training with her two dogs Orphy & Chewy. Animal welfare is very important to Carly who considers herself an advocate for humane and safe treatment for all animals. In her free time she enjoys flexing her creativity in the kitchen, focusing on vegan creations of classic favorites. The outdoors are also an integral part of her life – she and her dogs are often found hiking, camping and adventuring across B.C.
